Today's class started by students getting back their Long Essay and we then looked over the Trimester Exam. Students then had two open note Type 2's over the reading from break. The remainder of the class was spent discussing the reading.
By Friday, you need to be up to page 326. I hope everyone had a restful week. Don't forget that you are to have Chapter 14 read by tomorrow. See you then.

Today's class started with a discussion of the article, "Thomas Jefferson and the Meanings of Liberty." There then was a short lecture about Nationalism after the War of 1812 in 3rd period (we'll do this tomorrow in 4th period). 4th period got their DBQs back and then both classes finished with some remedial document work.
Remember that you need to have Chapter 12 finished by Friday. Today's class was spent taking the year's first all stimulus based multiple choice test. Students then had time to work on assigned readings. For tomorrow, students need to have read 204-213.
