Roughly the first half of class today was spent finishing student presentations on their assigned section of the chapter. As we left Period 1 (1491-1907), we generated a list of important terms from the section that we'll want to keep on eye on down the road.
We finished class with a lecture on the differences between the New England and Chesapeake settlements. This will help set us up for the document work that will be done tomorrow. I've included the PowerPoint below.
