After a Type 2 over imperialism, we then focused on document analysis in preparation for blind DBQ work. For each document, students were given two minutes to write out a developed line of analysis. Students then shared their work with a partner and lastly, we discussed examples of this analysis as a class. The general feedback I received was that this was a helpful activity so we will do more of this over the next two months.
