Monday's class started with a type 2 over World War 2 and a second one on the Cold War. We then discussed the major events of World War II. On Tuesday, 4th period worked through the majority of the Cold War material.
A pretty sparse turn out at office hours today. Not surprising after a day of standardized testing. The task for office hours today was to study Period 1 (1491-1607). It is especially important for Period 1 to consider the differences in how the main European powers interacted with the Native Americans.
Your SAQ's from before break are graded and in eSchool. For these, I started with how many points you earned out of 9 and converted that to a 50 point scale. The conversion scale is as follows:
8/9 = 50
7 = 48
6 = 45
5 = 43
4 = 40
3 = 36
2 =33
1 = 25
0 = 15
Remember that by Thursday you need to have read through page 868.
