Tomorrow's test is 61 multiple choice questions, I believe 23 are stimulus based. There will not be a short answer question tomorrow. That was my plan regardless, but it is especially good now because that will free up some time to work on Friday's DBQ.
I've updated the calendar for the rest of the trimester. The major difference over the course of the next month is that we will, out of necessity, need to do two chapters a week. There will likely only be one article the rest of the trimester so that will hopefully help make the reading load manageable.
While this will be a heavier reading load, if you figure on average a chapter plus an article is around 40-45 pages a week and two chapters will be 55-60, it is a manageable increase. We need to be through WWI by the end of this trimester, so we're going to have to pick it up. This mainly is the result of the week and a half we've lost. And realistically, we will miss more time due to weather. Plus, we basically lose a week each for exams and MME testing in March.
You'll notice that there is not a Chapter 24 test, this information will be included on the Trimester Exam and we will start the third trimester with Chapter 25.
So that's it for now. Effective planning will be more important that ever over the course of the next month and I will be sure to set aside time after school for anyone that help with anything as we finish up this trimester.
See you tomorrow.
