Today's class started with a Type 2 reading quiz over the weekend's homework. If you miss a Type 2, it is your responsibility to make it up the day you come back. Before/After school and first lunch are times you can do this.
The bulk of class was spent working on an assignment in which we discussed the concept of "sourcing" the documents and students then analyzed three different letters, specifically thinking about how audience and purpose can influence analysis of a document.
